This release, pressed by [l=Phonodisc Ltd.], does have "MADE IN GT. BRITAIN" on top of labels, as opposed to [r=15879246]. Very similar to [r=12500786] but has texts "TWO RECORD SET - RECORD 1 / 2" printed on one line on the right-hand side of the labels, the other release has the text on two lines.
