Notes

Original UK first pressing has the date "1966" at the left of the hole on label ([r7025814]). The ones with the date at the bottom is a later pressing. Decca had used this label design (date at the bottom and grooved label), from the 1967 to the end of 1968. This pressing is with unboxed Decca logo on a grooved label, in a sleeve with no "flipbacks". There is another otherwise identical version, [r3982642], with a flipback sleeve.
