Issued in a gatefold jacket with a bi-fold insert that replicates the original Japanese insert, except the back page has the MoFi Miles Davis releases where the original had Miles Davis Japanese releases. Each LP comes in a 'MoFi' labelled rice paper inner sleeve. As this version uses an analog copy and not the original master tape, the banners at the top of the front and back covers have "MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB®" and not "ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING®".
