Generic RTI test pressing label on side one has date of production (September 14 2012), and matrix (FIM LP 05-45 A/B) stamped. Plain white label on side two. May or may not include generic white die-cut cover with information stamped at top right corner on front. This disc was re-cut at RTI shortly after this test pressing was made.
