UK jukebox issue with injection labels. Was not issued in picture sleeve. The information given for the standard UK release is exactly the same aside from the sleeve mention of lacquer cutter that does not appear on the label for this issue or the standard issue. The PO 180 A-1U-1-Q1 and PO 180 B-1U-1-Q1 strings in runouts are stamped, the rest of the runout info is etched.
