Issued in a single pocket sleeve. The sleeve does not replicate the spot gloss varnish detail of the 1993 edition. Top opening picture inner sleeves of thin card. Hype sticker applied to the shrink-wrap. Additionally, copies may have a white sticker on the reverse, "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC". Initial copies from the artist's official webstore came with a 10" square litho print.
