Promo item, this was produced in-house by Anchor and I would guess, given to delegates at a conference. The cover is a gatefold and inside is a small booklet with sales graphs etc. The long image above shows the back page of the booklet (to the left) and the right-hand card cover ("A New Record From Anchor"), beneath which is housed the record. Both sides of the disc are the same.
