Gatefold. Includes black poly-lined inner sleeves. 11" square insert with artwork on one side and credits on reverse. Picture labels. Pressed on “Beetlejuice Splatter” colored vinyl (clear with purple and green/yellow splotches and black splatter). Side D has an etching of the Sandworm from the film. Barcode is on hype sticker applied to the shrink-wrap. There is no barcode on the sleeve itself.
