This album was created and sold for charity at a comedy/hip-hop event called Laughs & Raps organized by comedian Kegan Ault ([a=Kegan The Creep]). The entire album was produced by The R.O.C. who was officially retired at the time. He said on social media "Fans can consider this album the newest release by The R.O.C." For reasons unknown, His MC name is llisted as "iamtheroc" on the back cover Standard jewel case with clear disc
